Wellbeing at Fred Perry
One of our key brand pillars is Community. That includes all our employees who make up the Fred Perry brand. Our creative direction for the year — being ‘Match Fit’ — extends to how well we foster wellbeing for our employees. We know that in supporting them and making sure that everyone has access to the right mental health support, we create a winning environment.
One of the ways we do this is through our annual Wellbeing Week, which we’ve celebrated at Fred Perry for several years. Some of the business-wide initiatives we’ve run include:
- Our annual Fred Perry Steps Challenge, which doesn’t just get people moving but also helps employees connect with others across our global teams
- The Fred Perry Upcycling Challenge, where employees repurposed old Fred Perry Shirts by transforming them into completely new items.
- Hybrid yoga sessions, led by one of our very own staff members
- And reminding our teams of all the health and wellbeing resources available
- And offering treats to all teams, with proceeds going to various charities
However, we’re always looking for more meaningful ways to nurture our internal community so that it continues to reflect all we stand for as a brand.
