Last month we launched Summer School: a series of interactive virtual sessions designed to give our people practical tools they can use straight away.

These sessions focused on confidence, storytelling and grit — the human skills that quietly power great work.

The sessions were led by Astei Amirashayeri, our Learning and Development Lead, and brought to life by internal guest speakers like our Head of Planning & Production, Nan Ketsawang, who shared her own experience of developing confidence and using storytelling to grow her career.

Summer School is just one of the ways we're building a genuine learning culture where development isn't reserved for a select few.

We also relaunched our Fred Learning Space — our dedicated hub where every employee can discover resources, build new skills and keep growing year-round.
