Mental Health First Aiders
In any sport, rest and recuperation from the game is just as crucial as the graft, the training and game-day.
That attitude applies to how we work at Fred Perry too.
Sometimes it’s not the overly large gestures but the smaller things that count. But there are other things like:
· Keeping Fridays meeting-free (for those who want it) to catch up on work and work at their pace
· Early Friday finishes at 5pm
· Our flexible working policy, which lets office employees start earlier or finish later depending on what works for them.
But when things get more serious, we’re fortunate to have a good line of defence.
We have employees who are registered Mental Health First Aiders, who are trained to support anyone in mental health emergencies or to point people to the right direction for anyone who needs extra support.
We also have an Employee Assistance Programme that’s available all our employees and their families across the world can use to discuss in complete confidentiality, things that matter most at no cost to them.
