Key Holder / Customer Service Adviser

Recruiting for a 20 Hour Key Holder who can provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, which shows product knowledge, personal flare and a positive “can do” attitude. MUST be over 18!

The Role

  • Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
  • Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions
  • Give accurate and current information about the product for all inquiries; If the correct information is not at hand, do everything possible to provide an answer 
  • Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management
  • Understand the returns policy and use it as a positive selling tool
  • Apply the above standards to all phone inquiries
  • Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organized and maintaining proper procedures
  • Through visual merchandising, create a retail environment that is innovative, unique and customer friendly. Maintain and grow the store’s visual personality to reflect the area in which it is located
  • Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximize product sell through
  • Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration
  • Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures
  • Support the store as a Key Holder, by opening & closing the store
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management
