Business Development Coordinator

Business Development Coordinator - Based in New York

We have an exciting new role for someone who is currently working within a Wholesale, Showroom, Digital or Buying/similar role. You will be a brand ambassador for Fred Perry with excellent knowledge of the brands and collaborations we work with.

The Role

As the Business Development Coordinator, you will be supporting the Business Development Manager in monitoring trends, market research, setting up the showroom and reporting on all social media content.

  • Track and reports global market activity through social communities
  • Analyse KPIs and performance across all multiple social channels and recommends ways to optimize overall performance
  • Monitors and reports to Business Development Manager on key performance of all marketing activity
  • Delivers work before deadlines and displays excellent communication skills with co-workers and sales teams
  • Ensures all customers have received assets and liaise with customer services to track delivery schedules where necessary
  • Be digitally active, at Fred Perry we strive to develop our online footprint
  • Maintain any necessary order trackers to ensure customers intake is in line with the Business Development Manager expectations
  • Attend Business Development appointments as requested to build knowledge of our customer relationships, strategies and product selection
  • Work with the Business Development Manager to produce seasonal update of sales performance for each customer

About You

  • You will have excellent produce knowledge and market awareness
  • Be digitally curious, you are active online and understand the reach of social media and influential activity
  • Familiar with SEO best practice and all social media platforms
  • Able to work cross functionally within the business to achieve goals
  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great MSOffice skills - Powerpoint and Excel
