Senior Customer Support Advisor

We are recruiting for a Senior Customer Support Advisor, to work within our Operational function at Fred Perry Head Office. This role will be heavily focused on supporting our customer accounts; House of Fraser, John Lewis and Debenhams. In addition to leading and training a Customer Support Team.

The Role

  • Lead and support your team through systems training.
  • Maximise shipments and effective use of stock.
  • Establish strong relationships; both internally and externally.
  • Communicate and support the relevant BDM.
  • Report marketing sales through order shipments.
  • Day to day ad-hoc data entry.
  • Manage sales orders.
  • Provide guidance to your team to maximise company growth.
  • To maintain new operational ERP system.

About you

This is a great role for someone who is analytical, organised, has a good eye for detail and possess natural leadership qualities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Numerate with strong analytical and computer literacy skills
  • Experience using stock systems and able to multi-task
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is essential
  • Leadership - able to guide and mentor a wider team.
  • Organisational skills and strives for a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent work ethic


Our core shift hours are from 8am – 10:00am, i.e. employees can choose to work 8-4:30pm, 8:30-5pm, etc. plus early finish on Friday!
