Business Development Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Business Development Coordinator to join our Business Development Team in our Head Office.   

Reporting directly into the Business Development Manager for online -working closely with our pure player clients including End Clothing, ASOS, Next and Littlewoods.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is digitally curious and has an excellent understanding of ecommerce platforms. You should be a self-starter, who is willing to learn and take direction.  This is a chance for someone to thrive within a incredibly dynamic and successful team. 

The Role

  • Liaise with Customer Services to track delivery schedules, ensuring detail is accurate, etc are in sync with both customer and brand expectations.
  • Order/track photo samples for each customer within the required timeframe prior to quarterly launch dates.
  • Maintain any necessary order trackers to ensure customers intake is in line with BDM’s expectations.
  • Update and maintain customer sales trackers into a data base from weekly sales.
  • Review and summarise to BDM, identifying best and worst sellers in power point.
  • Liaise with product development team regarding SMU development/CAD's etc.
  • Ensuring exclusive collections are delivered on time for marketing launch.
  • Continuous audit of all consumer touchpoints.

About you

  • Must be a self starter.
  • Strong knowledge of E commerce, digital marketing, Instagram and other social channels.
  • Excellent product and brand knowledge.
  • Must be willing to travel within the UK to meet business needs.
  • Strong analytic skills. 
  • Confident users of all Microsoft packages.
  • Good communication both written and verbal.


Our core shift hours are from 8am – 10:00am, i.e. employees can choose to work 8-4:30pm, 8:30-5pm, etc. plus early finish on Friday!
