Recruiter and Training Coordinator - Mat Cover

We are recruiting for a Recruiter and Training Coordinator to manage the administration of the recruitment and training needs of Fred Perry. You will engage with external training providers to create and manage required programs and support the HR manager with adhoc queries.

The Role

  • Building close, effective relationships with Line Managers to foster effective use of the recruitment function
  • Review applications and shortlist candidates based on the criteria
  • Manage the new starter admin process, by liaising with the HR Admin and relevant departments
  • Advertise and promote jobs using the Team Tailor ATS (Applicant tracking system)
  • Be the point of contact for agencies, negotiating rates where needed. Review employment contracts and liaising with external legal teams 
  • Assist with research and booking of company social events
  • Implement branded induction and onboarding process 
  • Work with the D&I team and sub-group to ensure projects delivered as per the roadmap
  • Assisting with the research, design, development and launch of new training schemes
  • Individual course administration: researching suppliers, booking courses and venues, collecting feedback from attendees and recording in a database
  • Assisting in managing the training budget

About You

You will have atleast 2 years experience in a recruitment or generalist HR role, conducting interviews and working with external agencies. Experience in training and assessments is also desired but not essential.

Hours and Benefits

We offer flexible working hours to all head office employees. Due to the current situation we can consider candidates that wish to work both remotely and in the office.

Our core shift hours are from 8am – 10:00am, i.e. employees can choose to work 8-4:30pm, 8:30-5pm, etc. plus early finish on Friday!
